The OISM Program includes the following work streams:

- Healthcheck: Supporting Processes & Roles.
The Program includes workshops to inspect existing, and design new practices, and to help plan the organizational changes required to influence and permanently adapt workforce culture and practices.
The elements of the Program may be custom configured to address specific client situations – ‘consumer scenarios’, adding realism to both the education and practical workshops. They may also be custom configured to suit specific needs and challenges, affecting the actual duration and target audience.
